Aquatic Classes
General Aquatic classes
These classes are designed to get the body moving and exercising in water.
Exercising in water allows for more movement that may not be possible for some people on land. It is beneficial for a number of conditions including Arthritis,
Back pain, Joint surgeries, General fitness and during and after pregnancy.
These classes are specifically designed for small groups and led by a qualified physiotherapist.
Class duration: 45 mins.
The classes currently take place:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10am.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am.

Antenatal Aquatic Classes
These classes are designed with the pregnant mommy in mind, and include general mobility and stretching, specific strengthening, as well as some of cardiovascular fitness.
Come and enjoy the amazing benefits of exercising in water as your belly grows!
